Our wellbeing is influenced by our actions as we create our own construction of reality – we make the reality we constantly face. It is measling to look for a solution in the past when the problem is in the present…
When we have a problem we try to find a solution by choosing among a variety of strategies that worked in the past and – we assume – might  solve the present problem. People seeking help have already tried to solve their problems on their own several times  – with no success. In most of cases keeping using the same strategies over and over again becomes the problem in itself. In fact the reiteration of those actions become a vicious circle  of “hopeless and worthless” behaviours and feelings.
Our approach aims to break the vicious circle through specific strategies, apparently simple solutions – which enable the clients to – perceive the problem from a different perspective and solve it in a short period of time (ten sessions).
