Within this period that starts with puberty young people might face many challenges and find difficult to manage their emotions, while they experience need of individualisation and increasing sense of belonging.
The strategic approach and its techniques have been used in schools and individual therapy. Being parent is one of the most difficult duty and is important to get support and prevent major difficulties before become worse.
